Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of luxury hair extensions, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

• The item is unused
• The security ties remain intact
• The original packaging has not been opened or altered
• The item is determined to have a verified manufacturing defect

Any approved claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
