Because our hair is made from natural human hair, each bundle is unique. Slight variations in texture, color, density, or wave pattern are normal and are not considered defects.

6. Hair Care

Our products require proper maintenance.

House of ARIÉ is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Excessive heat

  • Chemical processing

  • Coloring or bleaching

  • Improper washing or maintenance

  • Failure to follow recommended care instructions

7. Shipping

Preorders allow for 2-4 week shipping times.

Processing and shipping times are provided for estimates only.

Once an order has been shipped, House of ARIÉ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of luxury hair extensions, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The item is unused

  • The security ties remain intact

  • The original packaging has not been opened or altered

  • The item is determined to have a verified manufacturing defect

Any approved claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

9. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing.

Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
